Enviro-Envelope Systems TM consist of patented, pre-engineered, pre-insulated light gauge steel framing components geared towards all steel frame construction. The pre-engineered Enviro-Envelope System TM not only saves time and money, but provides an environmentaly friendly, mold and mildew resistant alternative to standard frame products. By prefilling the steel channels with polystyrene insulation the need for in-field insulation is eliminated. This saves time in installation and reduces the need for coordination between multiple trades. Compared to uninsulated steel framing components, the Enviro-Envelope System TM  provides dry insulation and vastly better thermal resistance.
